Shipping:

  • Free shipping is included with your purchase through 02/05/18 We will only ship the Continental United States. Please note: We are unable to ship internationally. 

How to return your blanket:

  • To return your purchase, please send an email using the name from the order and the order number. We will arrange your return.
  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with the return.
  • Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will then be processed. 

If you'd like to request an exchange for a blanket with a different weight:

  • Please send us an email using the name from the order and the order number. We will arrange the exchange. Keep in mind, customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with the exchange.

If there is a problem with your product:

  • Please email us and we will try to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
  • Items damaged during shipping will require proof of damage and a claim to be filed. Please fill out the form below to begin the process:
